Information on Right of Withdrawal for Consumers


1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers according to §13 BGB have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
We explicitly grant this right of withdrawal for all items, even those manufactured specifically for the customer.

2. Withdrawal Information
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by him (with the exception of a transportation company) takes possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal must be made to us (LaRoqua Cabinets, August-Bebel-Str. 9, 663225 Langen, cabinets@laroqua.de) by means of a clear written declaration (post or email).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send this message before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If the contract is withdrawn, we will reimburse the customer all payments received from him within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which the notice of withdrawal of the contract was received by us. For this refund, the same payment method will be used as was used in the original transaction. Any deviations must be agreed with us explicitly. In no case will fees be charged to the customer for this refund. The refund may be refused by us until we have received the goods in full or the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned.
The customer must return the goods immediately, but no later than fourteen days from the date of withdrawal of the contract, to us or to hand them over. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the expiration of the deadline. We bear the costs of returning the goods.
The customer is only responsible for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the goods not necessary for testing their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Withdrawal Form
The sample form can be used for withdrawal, but is not mandatory for a valid withdrawal.
